One AI assistant — many hands

What if your assistant didn’t just answer in a chat, but saw tasks through to the end — on your office computers, by your rules, with every result checked by numbers?

Simple tasks go to fast, inexpensive models, hard ones to strong models. A test task on the GPU PC: 4 min, 2 cents — while it ran, the person got on with their own work.

technical requirementsrules
  1. Personal kept separate from work. Work data never lands on personal machines, and the other way round.
  2. Working hours 07:00–23:00. Home machines work in the daytime; at night — only with permission.
  3. Accepted by numbers. “Done” only after a repeat run, not on the worker’s word.

Handy homemade tools live for years without anyone re-checking them. The “accepted by numbers” rule finds such things on its own.

implementation sequencestages
  1. Review. Computers, tasks, what repeats, which data must never leave.
  2. Installation. The assistant and secure channels between machines, with no doors open to the outside.
  3. Rules. What is allowed, what is not, when, and how to check.
  4. Training. Setting tasks in plain words and checking the result.
  5. Acceptance after a month. Channel tests repeated and a review: what saved time.

Setup and training, not a subscription to someone else’s cloud service: everything runs on your machines and by your rules.
